Following the great successful of LG Chocolate phones, LG continues to push its well known Chocolates with the low end KG280.
Design of KG280 is almost same as the classic KE800, also boasting its cute touch sensitive navigation keys with backlights. This new slider is made for GSM Triband network, coming in two classic colours (LG fans can still guess it even if I do not say), wine red and black. Since KG280 is a kind of low end phone and is quite affordable for most of the people, it is hard to say that this device keeps all the best features.
Apparently, some levels and standards of features have been lowered. The great difference should be the camera.
KG280 is equipped with a simple traditional VGA camera which is not common now. KG280 provides a 256K colours TFT display screen with poor 128 x 160 resolution.
And it is not a 3G phone like other Chocolates. It can only do GPRS data connection as well. However, LG KG280 is still believed by others that it can continue the “chocolate” trend in this competitive mobile technology world.
